	Doug Shelburne President & CEO Chemical Engineer Doug Shelburne founded Shelburne Environmental Management, Inc. in 1995 following his experience in the chemical and environmental engineering industries. His decision to form the Shelburne Group was in response to what he perceived as a need for a quality, highly responsive company that could assist small and large facilities with their EPA, OSHA, and DOT problems.
